Endurant TE is a pigment made especially for actively growing grass that has existing chlorophyll in the leaf blade.
Endurant FX is a hybrid pigment and paint combination made specifically for transitions, such as transitioning between grass species (for example in the practice of overseeding, transitioning between bermuda and rye grass) as well as transitioning between seasons. It's effective with less existing chlorophyll in the grass than when TE is recommended. This recommendation isn't so much about coverage as it is about achieving the most natural look. Achieving Early Spring Green-up Using Endurant TE
Endurant Turf Enhancer (TE) is a pigment that works especially well on actively growing grass that has some natural chlorophyll in the plant. TE can be effective by not only providing the extra green pigment on the grass blade, but also that pigment may modestly draw heat, increasing the plant's natural chlorophyll production as well.
Endurant TE is not recommended for fully dormant turf. For fully dormant, brown turfgrass that is not actively growing at all,
consider an option from Endurant's full line of paints, which are particularly well-suited for dormant grass and matching various turf grass species where more coverage is desired. These include colors named Endurant Fairway (FW), Perennial Rye (PR) and Premium (P+).
If the grass is just beginning to spring back to life and you want to boost it sooner but there isn't much chlorophyll, you may like to "Flex Your Turf," using Endurant Flex.

Flex Your Turf for Early Spring Time Green Grass
Endurant Flex (FX) is a pigment and paint hybrid that works particularly well during transitions. Flex is ideal for transitioning between grass species, such as during the overseed process of going between Bermuda and rye grass. Flex also works well when transitioning between seasons and growing phases, such as when turfgrass is going out of dormancy into actively growing grass.
Spring time, similar to fall, may be one of the best times of year to use Endurant Flex.
Flex is recommended to be used when grass still has some chlorophyll or is beginning to get chlorophyll again. It is one of the most economical, ecological and effective choices for transitioning.
